Who wants to see Eclipse early?

From the Grand Rapids Press:

Michigan ‘Twilight’ die-hards will have an opportunity to see ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ before official release

twilight_eclipse.jpgWant to see “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” before the general public? If you live in Michigan (or anywhere else for that matter) and you want to make a trip to Grand Rapids, you can help out a worthy cause while satisfying your vampire fanaticism.

On June 29, Celebration! Cinema North will host “Eclipsing Muscular Dystrophy,” a charity event to benefit Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy.

As detailed on the event’s Facebook page, the event will feature a “strolling dinner” and charity auction at 6 p.m., and the movie will screen at 8 p.m.

The screening precedes the official release of the film on June 30.

“Eclipse,” the third movie of “The Twilight Saga,” will have its world premiere five days before “Eclipsing Muscular Dystrophy,” June 24, at the Los Angeles Film Festival.

Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy is a charity that benefits Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
